Hello,We do not have loaded walking sticks.

33" to 37" in the description is not good enough. How long is it?

Mine is 37.5 inches long measured along the stick edge. Once you consider the curve, from highest point (tip) to floor is 36 inch. Since it's mass production of harvested raw product, it's hard to guarantee 100% one set length...unlike other materials where they strip away a larger wood down to size. My only suggestion is buy one, if not what you needed, send back to Amazon under their free returns. Have mine for five years now, and very pleased with it.

I am 65 and I would like to find out if I can request a longer shaft on my walking stick

Not that I am aware. The sticks are close in size and Amazon just takes the first one available when shipping.
