Carlisle AT489 ATV Bias Tire - 25/10.00-12

Got them for my dad to put on his gator. Traction is much better than the old turf savers that were on it and they seem to be wearing well so far.

This is my second set of these tires. I purchased them for a 2003 model 250 Honda Recon. I purchased the last set in 2015 and only in 2023 did they need to be replaced, so of course I went to find the same tires because they had served me so well. I put a lot of miles on the set of these Carlisle tires, mostly blacktop miles, and they really did take a very long time to wear out before I needed a new set. Also as a bonus, because of the tread of these tires, they don't tend to throw rocks at you when riding on gravel.Installation: I took my atv and these tires to my dad to put them on for me (he volunteered). My dad was able to put these on pretty easily as they did not arrive squished from the packaging.

I purchased two of these to replace 2 rear Carlisle OEM tires on my Can Am. Oddly enough even though they are the same advertised size as the OE tires at 25x11-12 they are at least 2” wider. Normally I would be happy about getting more tire than I was expecting but these were wide enough that they are only about 1/2” from the rear coil overs and the first time I used them a rock quickly became wedged between the tire and coil over. So I’m probably going to have to put these on a different machine and go with another brand of tires for the Can Am.

Everything about these tires are Perfect. My boyfriend said it fit his 4-wheeler rims! Very good nice tires! Excellent customer service and fast shipping!!!
