Health Policy And Politics: A Nurse's Guide (Milstead, Health Policy and Politics) 4th Edition

Although it was a required book for a class, this book is very well written and explains concepts in ways which a "non-political" person can understand. I am enjoying reading this book.

Used the book for a class. Being able to rent it and not having to purchase was awesome. The book was easy to follow; material covered was pertinent, correlated to current events, and easy to read.

It was relevant to what I was looking for in understanding nursing health policy. Would recommend to others.Up to date and resourceful.

I hate to admit this, but I realized 6 weeks into a college course that I had purchased the wrong textbook. I had an assignment due in two days and in sheer panic was able to locate this book on the Amazon textbook rental website. Yes, I spent extra money to have it shipped overnight, but I had my textbook THE NEXT DAY !! Amazon saved the day !!

My most treasured nursing text book. I refer to it over and over again. Every nurse should have this book and read it!

Excelente condition and price...

I feel misled by the cover...it states there is an online access code with purchase of the text. I figured the text would be online too for mobile use. Nope. Just stuff I will never use like case studies, etc. The kindle version is ridiculously expensive for what this book actually is, which is why I opted for the text thinking an ebook would be online, like other publishers sometimes do. Nope. So if you want mobile use, get the Kindle version. You won't miss anything from the regular text. It is dry and dense.
