My brother in-law told me about this product after he was in hospital and was told they use this stuff to help in the healing of tissue in burn patients. I did some research and it's true it helps cells repair themselves quicker. I have used it for about two weeks now and have noticed a lot less pain after intense workouts. It dissolves easily (a little longer in chilled water) and leaves no nasty aftertaste.

Perfect for my gut!

Every time I eat something that messes with my gut I take a scoop in water and it is so soothing. It seems to heal my stomach very quickly. (I actually prefer the taste of this in my water as opposed to plain water). Also seems to help with my blood sugar levels altho not sure if that’s what it is doing, or it just cuts my cravings for food, since when my tummy is upset I crave more food. Altogether, I’m never without this in my house. Also prefer this brand to most others.

Prior to a few years ago, you probably were unaware of the importance of L Glutamine. First, and most important, L-Glutamine (added to two other amino acids) is critical to the body's manufacture/ and production of Glutathione, which has been called "the most important anti-oxidant you never heard of. Google Glutathione for details on the many benefits of this anti-oxidant. Second, L-Glutamine greatly helps to improve our athletic performance, through better protein metabolism and also through minimization of muscle breakdown (for any of you readers who are body-builders). Third, this particular brand of L-Glutamine is very cost effective; it's superior to other brands, and far cheaper that many other brands of L-Glutamine. Lastly, while the manufacturer of this product recommends that you take two scoops two or three times per day, I believe taking one scoop daily is sufficient for most people; body builders may want to take 2 scoops daily.

This is a great product. I’ve been using Glutamine for a very long time to help me with my workouts and overall health. This is the third time I order this specific product. I’m happy with it.

-Doesnt taste bad -Doesnt clump -Ive had good results -Seems to last -Helps muscles to not get as sore -I would recommend to others -If you get drunk with alcohol, taking glutamine at the end of night van help to not get as bad of a hangover. -can be taken on an empty stomach, no stomach issues at all.

Great value, no taste, which is great. Wish I knew if it was made from corn, does not say.
