Chewy but good...
Just made a conch chowder with these, and it was quite tasty albeit a bit chewy... (But then again, improperly cooked clam chowder can be quite chewy...)

A passport to the Caribbean, in a can
A single can of Roland Baby Conch is the fastest way to convince dinner guests that you vacationed somewhere more exotic than your own pantry. They're tiny, tender (after a proper chew), and instantly transport your meal to a sophisticated, seaside locale. This canned seafood truly believes it is restaurant quality—and I love it for its confidence! Shine on Roland Foods, shine on! This will not be the cheapest can of seafood in your pantry, but it may be one of the more exotic, and delicious.

Good product.
I like fresh, better, but this is a great substitute!

Quality Product - High Drain Weight
I used to be in the seafood business. When it comes to canned seafood like clams, oysters, conch/ whelk/ scungilli, etc. one of the most important factors for determining value is drain-weight. In other words, how much meat you have left after draining the juice. Roland Conch has a very high drain weight. The flavor is on point too. My only nudge is that it's a little more chewy than the LaMonica brand Scungilli. But what the heck; it's CONCH, right? All Roland products are always a good value.

This Is Too Expensive For Such A Small Portion
I haven't even opened the can as yet, but when I receive it I couldn't believe how small the can was, and the price come on, what a rip-off. As for buying it again, I don't know because I haven't tried it yet to make an honest opinion about it. And it's taste.
