Great relief
Helps no end - after suffering poor pavements and ankle twisting these inserts balances the uneven surfaces out for me

Good product but makes show tight
Battling with flat feet this insole really helps. Does take a few uses before your feet adjust to it and it becomes comfortable enough that you forget its there.However if your shoe is already on the snug side it probably will make it really tight. Be cautious of this.
