Ive been taking these pills a little over a week now and i must say they do curve your appetite! I only workout 3 day a week and i have notice that my waist is getting smaller and so it my stomach. I have not had any bad reactions to the pills. I take 3 pills once a day at breakfast and I dont urge to eat until dinner time around 8pm. I was given a discount on these pills for my honest feedback. Im loving my small waistline i went from a 42 to a 38 in a little over a weeks time.

After taking these for a week I notice I am losing some weight, it really cut my appetite down a lot and I also walk upto 2 miles each day, I lost 3.2 pounds since last week. I took for 2 days and it kept me up for 3 days. The stimulant was far too much for me even with lowering dose.
