Easy to install with you tube video. Wish I had bought it sooner!
Used the product for an HP Laptop. It was so easy to remove with the video I saw that I easily put in the charger and then realized I could also increase the memory of the computer. WIsh I would have done sooner, instead of plugging in the laptop everywhere I would go. A +++

it charges, then it don't; then it overheats to where you have to unplug it; then it works ok, then it don't; next time the opportunity to open the laptop comes around, this gets changed

Good battery. Works as advertised. My laptop battery used to be 4-5 hours now it's up to 10 hours on my Acer laptop. The packages came with small screwdriver.

Value battery
Overall 4 stars. The first battery lasted 6 months and then died. The seller did offer a one year warranty on it when I bought it, so I sent them a message and they did send me a new one out.
