Questions, Tricks, and Tips for the Echocardiography Boards 2nd Edition

This is a great book. I use it with my fellows and really found it very instructive. I have used the previous edition as well.True that online content is not yet available, but most of the questions can be answered without the videos.

I love this book, full of information for my review.

I purchased this book only to discover that the essential supporting online material is not available. Per the website it is being updated. None of the accompanying videos were loaded at the publisher's website. This renders the produce worthless. Shameful that it would be released in this state.

Great review book but must use online source, as the videos are crucial. Great customer service when I hit an online glitch.

The online part has not been uploaded since I bought the book more than 2 months ago and makes the $$$ a complete waste.I called the publisher twice: nobody knows when the videos will be uploaded.

this is an inferior book in everyway to klein. it does contain a lot of useful information and it is good practices, cheap question banks for echo board review; but it needs heavy review and editing. example: chapter 33 q6 eluting that this is correct statement (its not) : pericardial thickness, calcification is pathognomonic for constrictive pericarditis. Then in chapter 46, there is another questions stating that pericardium can be normal in constrictive pericarditis. Things like this can give you false knowledge and cause you to make mistakes on the actual board.

good number of questions , good practice before teh PTE exam

This book COULD be good- if it had the videos working. The online eBook doesn't work yet, so the essential element that I wanted to practise is missing.If that were working the book might be good. Lots of respected authors, promising questions, and detailed answers, although some of the chapters are fairly short. Not sure it's as good as some of the other echo revision MCQ books that are available, however. (eg Klein- a superb book for revision)The publishers need to get their act together. Sadly the videos and eBook were not ready in time to help me prepare for my exam and I've wasted the better part of what I spent.
