Perfect, easy to use. Just don't fall asleep with them in its a bit of a task removing them. If you have them in for the required time they come out easily

Great product I can already feel them working! The packaging is good quality and the product is smooth and easy to clean. The weights are clearly defined in the instructions but I would say the instructions are not as high quality as the product and let it down in that respect. As an intimate product I would have thought more care would be taken to the instructions. Regardless they are legiable and the product is great quality, safe and easy to clean.

They are good quality and easy to use, the only problem is the instructions. There is not enough information on how to use them. I dont know which one I should be using and when to try the other ones. Information sheet had lots of spelling mistakes and words not right. Quality of box very good.

Im doing some kegel exercises and this balls are really good, nice texture, good qualitty, really good ones.

Hola,me ha gustado la calidad precio,me lo he comprado para ejercitar,el cuello y zona pelvis, ya que tengo un vibrador y se me sale,si me pueden explicar como va,el tema peso,evolución,etc..lo que he leído no entiendo nada,es el único problema,si hay alguien que me lo pueda explicar, se lo agradecería,y muchas gracias.

Die Silikonkegel machen einen sehr guten Eindruck und sind in der Handhabung recht einfach. Ein wenig wie Liebeskugeln, wer es so sehen mag. Ich verwende sie gerne beim Laufen oder auf dem Crosstrainer, hat für mich einen noch größeren Effekt auf die Muskulatur. Ob sie auch stimulierend wirken können? Kann ich nicht sagen, bei mir ist das nicht so.

Las bolas están bastante bien, aunque como vengo de los conos de Laydystem (con los que tienes que hacer un mayor esfuerzo para retenerlos, al ser mucho más delgados y resbaladizos), con estas bolas puedo usar la más pesada y no se cae ni tengo que hacer ningún esfuerzo, tal vez porque la silicona es más áspera que el plástico y porque al ser más grande que los conos se queda como atascado. De allí que no me importa si la esfera pesa más o menos, pero a efectos prácticos me resulta muchísimo más fácil y cómodo estas esferas porque tú controlas o decides cuándo apretar y cuando no, eso sí, no fortalecen el suelo pélvico si no haces mientras tanto los ejercicios kegel, de esta manera te es útil al apretar que la musculatura se tope con la/s bola/s y el cordón que sobresale te ayuda a concienciarte de los ejercicios ya que lo notas. Estas esferas no vibran, como otras bolas, no tienen otra bola más pequeña dentro para que se mueva. Te aseguro que ello no necesariamente aporta más eficacia al artilugio, ya que apenas vibra porque para ello te tienes que mover mucho, lo importante es la constancia en hacer los ejercicios. Por otro lado, este sistema es muy limpio, ya que está fabricado en silicona quirúrgica y con un poco de agua y jabón es más que suficiente para una buena higiene. Si tienes un poco de prolapso uterino también te irán bien para fortalecer y minimizar las consecuencias al hacer los ejercicios Kegel, así evitarás que vaya a más, pero ten en cuenta de que quizá no podrás meterte el que va con 2 bolas al ser muy largo, pero ello no tiene importancia porque tienes el de una bola: lo importante no es cuánto pesa la bola, sino que hagas los ejercicios kegel!
