I don’t know how these are formulated in a way which makes them sooooo much more effective than any other biotin supplements I’ve tried on the market (and believe me, I have tried a lot). I only bought this as my final attempt with absolutely no expectations and I’ve been blown away.. For the first time in nearly 7 years my nails are the strongest they’ve ever been! My hair is softer and my patches of sparse hair are quickly filling in! The new strands of hair are so much thicker also!! The taste is lovely and I hope the suppliers never stop producing this! So, I've been losing a lot of hair over the last 6 months, it's been coming out in handfuls, especially since I had covid last October. I was a but sceptical at trying these, but I'm so glad I did!! They taste great, maybe a little too sweet but very pleasant all the same. After taking 2 per day for the last month, my hair feels healthier and smoother, and I've got new hair growth where I had thinning patches. I'm on my second tub now as I'm going to stick to this brand. I'm really looking forward to getting my thicker hair back. My nails are much stronger too 😊 Excellent product with real results.

These vitamins elevated my b12 to be too high, so I’ve been advised by my doctor to stop taking them. I would be wary for anyone else to take these incase the same happens to you. 240% of b12 daily intake is too high!! Idk why it’s necessary. Apart from that they made my nails the longest and strongest they’ve been, made little difference to my hair though. They do taste good but are on the expensive side.

I have been taking these since August. I have been trying to grow my hair for sometime. I have just started my 3rd month of these and all of a sudden I can really tell a difference in both hair growth and my nails are the best I’ve known them too! The added bonus of a nice tasting gummy means I will be continue to reorder as I’m sure these are the reason for such an improvement. Give them time, doesn’t happen overnight.. a few months in you’ll notice the difference.

It’s a good thing that I decided to check the bottom for the expiry date before opening as it has already expired. It expired on 01/23. I’m not happy as I was looking forward to starting them today but instead I’m having to return them. The reviews look promising so I will order again and hopefully next time I don’t receive an expired tub.

This is my first time ordering this Biotin for hair growth. I can't tell yet if this is helping my hair but it's definitely making my nails grow. Yes, I will be ordering more. I like that they are gummy and taste good. I feel it's a good value for money.
