Almost 5 years now and use daily. Still looks brand new. No issues with exterior or zippers. Large enough for laptop, mouse, charger and lots more items.

I had my doubts about the quality of this bag but man but was I WRONG! It looks on par with previous briefcases that I've purchased from Henri Bendel (R.I.P.) and Kate Spade. It is versatile with lots of tiny pockets and the center sleeve for the laptop has padding that definitely protects. The extra thick strap is perfect if you're a commuter who rides public transportation as it alleviates the pressure of hold the bag on your arm that I've experienced with high-end designer bags. The color is a beautiful dusty rose that you can carry year-round and with any outfit. If you're waivering I'm telling you that this is the bag you need!

LOVE this bag. LOVE LOVE this bag! Plenty of room for my stuff and I get compliments every time I break it out. This replaced a soft-sided black all-purpose computer bag that did the job but had zero style. Also, my boss had the same exact bag and we ended up taking each others computer home after a late prep meeting. Not great.He will not be mistaking this one and it looks great.It's sturdy as far as I can tell. Lots of pockets/openings for post-its and highlighters. There are three compartments and the center is padded for the computer. Fits all of my requirements and looks great!

I stuff this bag full and it holds up great. I love the different pockets. It is so pretty and functional for work and school. It is big and can get heavy but Big is what I need at times.

Took this on a work trip. It's cute but huge. I had my laptop, momcozy portable breast pump, notepad and some pens. It was heavy and awkward walking downtown Philadelphia for a convention. It held everything I needed but wish it was more slender. However, it was more slender not sure if it would have held everything I needed..

Update: 3 years later, I still have this bag, it holds up well and it is perfect for what I bought it for! Excellent travel work bag!Ok I just received this bag so this is a preliminary review. I will update after I travel at the end of July. I have been looking for a bag that is within Southwests personal item size restrictions that could hold 3 MacBook pros. I travel for work and as a developer I have to carry at least two laptops, not including my personal one. I wanted a bag that was cute but functional. I am able to fit 3 MacBook pros in this bag! I actually could probably fit another in there if I put them in sleeves all in the main compartment... the bag doesn’t feel cheap and I’m very happy with the comfort of the straps both the handles and the shoulder strap.

I love the color, size and durability of the handles on this bag, bu the first time I tried to use the shoulder strap for work travel, the stitching where the strap connects to the bag ripped out. I dont carry anything more than the normal items, so I wouldn't recommend this bag if you plan to use the shoulder strap, but handles work great.. I plan to contact the company for an exchange asap.

Love the dividers..exactly what I wanted the dividers are nice & large and it looks like it is expensive very classy thinking about buying one for my friend
