Hi Jeff,Yes this will work on the condition that your keyboard and the device you are connecting to have a 6.3mm jack on them. Otherwise you will need to get adapters for it.

The actual product in my hands after purchasing says '2 year warranty' when it's stating "lifetime guarantee" on Amazon... Why the dishonesty?

My cable was replaced at a Guitar Center without questions. I would try & contact the seller for a replacement, or see about contacting D'Addario for a replacement. I highly doubt Amazon deals with other companies warranties, They are not affiliated.

what guage is this cable

it's the standard size for any electric guitar or bass, however , l do not recommend this item, mine broke in less than a year
