WiFi fixed
This has fixed my WiFi and I’m delighted with it. Used to have a lot of buffering and often had to reboot the Apple TV to get connection back but after reading about mesh systems and how they can be much better than the standard router you get from the likes of virgin I tried this and it has been rock solid ever since. I put one upstairs as the main unit and added a second one for downstairs and they share out my connected devices (although most seem happy on the main unit). It’s so much more powerful as a router that I probably could have just got a single unit, so you could do that if you need to keep price down. It’s also taken coverage down to bottom of the garden which is useful. The app is good and sets the system up easily. It didn’t guide me through changing my super hub into modem only mode, but there is lots of info and guides online about that and it was simple to do. Well worth keeping your old hub’s ID and password - just input when prompted from the sticker on underside of your old router and then all your stuff stays connected to the new setup. Sonos speakers seemed to need a reboot before they were happy but they sound better than ever although that could be my imagination! Anyway this is a great product that does a superb job with no fuss at all, just wish I’d discovered it sooner.

Massive Internet Improvement
These have resolved issues with poor connectivity from rooms upstairs. Easy to setup too. Tip: The IPv6 option wasn't enabled by default. It's best to activate as the connection between the hubs improved.

Not breaking any speed records but....
Really good, relatively easy to connect. A little bit tricky tonstart with. I set up in AP mode. I recommend watching the youtube video, instruction manual is useless and the app is not enough on its own. Easy 5 out of 5 stars even tho slightly slow overall speed based on my broadband fibre package capability but it is extremely effective and provides the coverage stipulated. No more low wifi signal nightmares. In fact, it boosts my router so much that I can use that wifi feom the ground floor! Excellent build quality. Zero complaints. At £80 its very expensive but I guess that's the price ya gotta pay for decent mesh.

Great but of kit!!
I bought 3 of these a few years back after my boss reccomended them. Wow what a great bit of advice that was! We were with Virgin Media at the time and we had just moved house. The Internet was awful. Intermittent and some of our devices just wouldn't connect. We got an engineer out who actually said we had too many devices and it can't cope! I did some research and sure enough the broadband providers supply sub standard routers that cannot handle many devices. Queue this Mesh solution! You turn your providers box into a modem and then plug this gadget into it. It's takes over and organises your wi-fi. Previous black spots in the house and garden are now serviced. All our devices connect and on the whole no issues (other than the odd one where you just reset once in a blue moon) The Deco app is good, you can see all the devices and what they are drawing from your Internet. You can lock it with a password and it has protection built in also. You can set up connection profiles for your kids. When mine were a bit younger and still at school I had a cut off at night so they had to go to sleep. You can see thier usage, you get a monthly report on how long they've been on the Internet and what sites they use the most. You have a pause button so you can instantly disconnect your child! There are age settings so it will block content that is not age appropriate. There are optimisation programs for getting the best out of your Internet. There is a camera detector so you can see if someone is spying on you. The list goes on. This particular model is probably a little outdated now. It may not support the higher broadband speeds , check the specs. However for the price it is well worth it. I have used with Virgin and Sky with no issues.

I now have stable WiFi throughout the house!
It's completely sorted my dead spot in the study and spare room. They're on the far side of the house and I now get c 100mbs connection v constant drop outs, single figure set best and burning through my phone data as I had to hotspot for work. If you're umming and aahing as I was, go for these (I went for a pair and have quite a big house). Does the job, no idea how much better WiFi 6/7 would be but am happy with these. This is tricky to set up and takes some time, patience and trial and error. I don't think the instructions are great in the box/app. A bit of googling found me the right steps to follow (you also need to check your broadband provider specific steps). I recommend you set up the deco network and use the exact same SSID and WiFi password as your existing connection. When set up (on Vodafone at least), delete the original WiFi connection on your phone to avoid confusion/drop outs and disable WiFi on your router. Log back in advertise your devices (bit of a pain but worth it).

Worry not, they’re pretty good.
So I researched a lot before buying these. One can never tell how good a product like this is going to be in one’s specific situation. Environment plays a big factor, where it’s situated, what your house is made of, how it’s made, the shape and of course whether your router works well with it. However, I have to say I’m very pleased with the outcome. Without going into an in-depth review I’d say from the get go that these things are incredibly lightweight. It feels like one fall could be the end of it. But it’s performance is exactly what I wanted. Setup was painless and the app allows basic to intermediate controls over your devices. I tried the second booster in my kitchen at first where generally there’s a dead spot all the way into the garden it worked well but eventually I found that having one device on the ground floor and one on the second floor to grill better results overall. It even stretched the full length (20m) of the garden, albeit with finished speeds of 100Mb (instead of 400 ) but that is good enough for me. So overall this has been pretty good so far. If you’re on virgin media business like me and have a terrible router, this will solve your your wifi speed issues. To run a test google Sam knows real speed. It’ll test your connection from the street and from the access point (deco or router) to your device. I bought the twin pack and it was enough to cover a Victorian 3 bedroom terraced house and garden with multiple devices including smart bulbs and security cameras etc.

Worth every penny!.
I wasn`t exspecting much and I wish I bought them a long time back. Ive had TP links since birth and you use to get half or even quater of speeds.. I am getting speeds by almost 3x compared to my old TP-link, they was old however but they did boast of 1gigg connection, the old TP devices seem to like boosting other peoples devices but not mine for some strange bizare reason, even after recoding them and changing the behavour, this new one however ignores other devices.. To note that linking the 2 devices was a problem but had no issues since. The firmware update was incredibly easy! I don`t mind the challenge as I have the source software, but it was simple as click, click on the app and 3m and done. They have a nice style to them, don`t look outa place and blend in realy well with my other devices. They are brilliant and worth every penny. Beyond and I mean beyond delighted with them!.
