WonderWink The Papa Unisex Seamless Scrub Pant, Pewter, Large

Good fit
I’m 5’7 and I had to cut almost 3 inches in length. All fits perfect other than those 3 inches, for tall people won’t be a problem. Only have one back pocket, and if you need more space this won’t be a good option for you, wonder winks scrubs has I think a cargo pants, I use to have a couple of those and they had plenty of space. Are comfortable and are really good, I been using this brand for almost 8 years

Do not buy unless you are 6'5
This #1 is pewter ... And does not match any other pewter wonder wink sells ... They are extremely LONG WTF .... Normal people are not 6 + foot tall really ... Do not buy waste of money and time

Definitely womens scrubs, not unisex
Men, Do Not buy (unless you like the fit of women's pants). The inseam height and hip fit are a women's cut, and most men will not find these comfortable. The sizing is off a bit as well, I'm 6'2" with a 37 inch waist and a large fit nicely for length and waist size. The pants are well built. But, the material is a bit stiff, maybe a few washings will loosen them up. The pocket (with small sub-pockets) is not in front where its useful, so for practical purposes these do not have a pocket.Because these are women's pants, they are not comfortable on me so I plan on using these for yard work. Luckily the price is right for this kind of use.

Tailored for Women
I'm a 5'9 Male, I bought a Large size for space around my waist, and I gotta say, it's a snug fit. I have to adjust my crotch area so a bulge won't appear. Normally a large would be a really loose fit.Anyways.I'll have to pass on this item. The leg area is really baggy but the waist area is tight. And there's only one pocket. I guess I can make it work seeing I won't be returning it.

Order a size up for good fit
I learned my lesson with this particular type of pant from wonder wink a couple years ago I usually wear a medium in scrubs ( I'm male , 6'1 , 185) but in these I have to get a large and they fit perfectly.

Buyer consider smaller size 6 ft.
The pants were purchased according to size chart. They ended up being way too big. I would buy again in medium.

Just OK
I bought these in a large since that's what I wear in most other scrubs, and these are quite snug in, shall we say, all the wrong places. Also, there is a cell phone pocket inside the front waistband that really isn't big enough to hold most of today's smartphones. I probably wouldn't buy these again.
