Quality Exceeded my Expectations!
Excellent quality. Product arrived in 2 days and was well packaged. The mailbox, mounting bracket, post, base and finial are all heavy duty construction. Clear directions and easy assembly. Very pleased with the address plate. Street numbers were made of thick, high-quality brass . . . not cheap stick on decals. My mom now has the best looking mailbox on her street.

Great box! Some install issues.
Really great mailbox. Looks very nice, seems to be solid construction. I was impressed by the overall quality, particularly the integrated adress numbers. My issue is that the mounting post had the holes to mount the bracket that holds the box drilled out far too high. If I were to mount it with both bolts/holes, it would sit in front of the top finish and look...stupid. I ended up putting one bolt in the bottom hole of the post through the top hole of the mount to compensate. It works well enough, and I'll probably end up drilling a new hole so I can keep it sturdy and level.I contacted customer service after installing and explained the issue. The person I spoke with was very kind, and seemed genuinely surprised of the fault. They did offer to replace, unfortunately at that point I had already cemented it in and wasn't really keen on digging it back up and starting the whole process over. After basically being told they weren't sure what to do, I suggested a partial refund. After some back and forth phone calls, they agreed...and offered 10%. At that point I just said sure, as it was clear nothing more would be done.Bottom line is if I'm spending $300 on a mailbox, I kind of expect it to be free of defaults. Yes, I should have doubled checked before pouring cement, but again for that price I shouldn't have to. And a $30 refund doesn't cut it when now I have to spend more time rigging the thing up.I just wish it would have come to me as advertised and correct.
