Looks nice, works really well. I repaired two black leather chairs with this. The tape matches well with the color and texture of black leather. Will see the lines where the two pieces of tape join but looks reasonably nice and has kept my chairs going for years. Adheres well to clean leather.

I read the reviews, I purchased enough to cover the entire area not just the patch, just in case there was a color difference. It ended up matching perfectly. But, I didn't want a patch seam either, so I opted to cover the 10"x15" area. I cleaned the entire console in and out (why not) with light soap and water then rubbed alcohol to get any oils that might impede the adhesive. I measured it like 3-4 x, laid the material on top of it to make extra sure. I'm usually an eye-baller because measuring is exhausting. Then I peeled the backing off slowly in about 1/2" increments and used a light heat gun to extra activate the glue. I used my fingers to smooth out the material before going to the next increment. At the end I tried to pull the material slightly at the rounded edges but, I still got a little puckering/ wrinkles. So, I tried the heat gun over them. I think a little wrinkle at the rounds is going to happen. No biggie. I think it came out amazing. That rip was driving me N🥜TS. 5/5 on all aspects!!!! Thick material but easy to work with. I had to pull it back 2 times to align better and it still adhered fine.

I bought a small role to cover some small holes in my leather seats of my car. I used a sharp blade to finely cut out small circular patches, then cleaned the area of the seat, and applied with even pressure and made sure it stuck. I have had the same patch I made on the seat for a year now about, and it's holding up fine. You actually have to put in some work, and cut out a patch otherwise you'll just have square strips of tape all over your seat and it'll look dumb. If used like an adult who can use critical thinking, it works wonderfully. I'd say it's quite sticky, and didn't seem to off gas.

This leather patch sticks well and supports tears in auto leather but the color wasn’t an exact match for my vehicle. I ended up purchasing seat covers but this tape is used to maintain the shape and structure of the original seat.

Easy to adhere to surface. Very strong hold. Color matched perfectly. Used it to repair a couple of sizable rips on my 15 year old Lazyboy recliner. Since the mechanics of the recliner were in perfect condition I did not want to depart from it. The ONine leather repair tape has given my recliner life, longevity, and beauty again!

This is an excellent product. If you want it to work well, follow the directions closely. Cleaning then allowing the area to completely dry are key. After applying the tape, use a cloth with pressure, smoothing and securing the tape/adhesive. In the pic, the bottom piece was applied seven months ago, with no sign of wear. The top piece was added today. Color is not a perfect match but does not bother me. Primary goal is to keep the seat intact, preventative maintenance, as I hope to keep this vehicle functioning well for many more years to come.
