Lovely looking knife. Well balanced. Very sharp. Great price. Comes with protective sheath, and tip guard. Very pleased.

Taking into account the price and quality this is an excellent knife. First impressions is that the blade is beautiful looking. The size of the knife balance is 8 inches and is razor sharp and cuts really well. It doesn't seem flimsy or flex at all, giving you a lot of confidence when you need to go a lot of greens or meat quickly. I like the included sheath which makes it safe to store if you don't like to put all your knives in a knife block. It's an easy to use chef's knife with a wide range of uses. I haven't had it for long and the blade hasn't dulled yet. I'm super impressed so far.

This was a gift for my son. Great balance in hand, looks fantastic. Perfect tool for anyone that enjoys cooking.

Wasn't sure about this! Not an expensive knife when compared to some Japanese knives, but the reviews were pretty good, not that you can always rely on that. However, I am really, very very, happy, despite the difficulity a 79 year old had, trying o prove I was over 18 ;-). I am no expert but it is really sharp, best knife I own, and will be looking at buying a smaller verion soon.
