Q: Why can’t I type more than 20 characters and clearly the sample image has more characters?

Hello, I order a wallet as well. I’m not for sure why it doesn’t allow many characters. I think they should include that in the description. I tried as well then realized it wouldn’t allow me too but overall the wallet is very nice! Almost made me cry, lol but I would definitely recommend them.

Q: How can i make sure i coustom made it how can i see it

Actually I am not sure just look through everything where u want picture and the words but also make sure u message saler the picture or u won't receive it with picture that was some people's mistake that is why they received with no picture everything else is pretty much explained as is but the best thing I think ask the saler to send you a video or picture when they are done so you can see I did not do that so the way mine came out was a surprise but it looked better than I imagined just make sure it's a clear picture

Q: How big is wallet style B?

4 1/2 inches long. 3 1/2 inches wide. It's a pretty good size wallet. Took me some getting use to.
