From the negative comments, it sounds like the changed the formula from what it used to be. I'm not sure if they changed it back or what, but I've seen incredible success from this for hair loss with no side effects. And as for the comments complaining about the price, it was extremely cheap to begin with. Compare its price to that of other multivitamins and it's still cheaper. For what it does, it's still DEFINITELY worth the price. I have male pattern baldness, I'm 28 and my Dad was bald by the age of 29. Up until 3 months ago, I had no baldness in the center of my scalp, but noticeable receding of my hairline, mostly on the right side. I've been using these for about 3 years or so, but stopped about 3 months ago, thinking I could go without it and it probably wouldn't have much of an impact on my hair considering I take Finasteride and use Rogaine as well. HUGE MISTAKE! For the last several months since I stopped taking it, I had been seeing massive clumps of hair on the drain stopper after taking a shower (I have long hair as well). Before I had stopped taking them, the center of my head was fine. There was no bald spot, aside from a small bald spot on the back of my head. After a couple months since I had stopped, I found it extremely difficult to comb my hair in a way that isn't revealing baldness in the center of my scalp. It has now been about 3 weeks since I started taking it again and I'm now seeing shockingly little hair. And on top of that my hair in the center of my scalp appears much thicker, meaning when I comb my hair, it's a lot easier to hide any baldness. It appears to be vanishing almost completely, reversing any of the damage I did when I stopped taking it. I'm never really compelled to write a review (don't know if I have in the past or not, too lazy to check), but after the results I've seen after taking this again, I felt I needed to.

This one has a nice blend that is not common includes choline and inositol. Started using this after Vitamine Shoppe discontinued theirs, virtually same ingredients.

These are really potent despite the bad reviews I'd say they are the cheapest route to a hair growth supplement. Hairfinity, and all those other big name brands are rather expensive. I've tried Hairfinity I loved it but now I'm on a budget and these work just as good seeing that they have a similar ingredient. They do make your urine pretty dark but since the biotin is higher water is probably necessary so you don't thirst. No breakouts have I had but I usually drink lots of water. I'd say the first month or two weeks I had switched from Hairfinity to this brand and I noticed that these work if I'm not mistaken a bit faster or about the same. I've been on them two months my hair is lots thicker and it gives me two inches every two to three weeks. I trimmed my ends by because of the harsh winter weather that's been a month gone and the growth since then is amazing. So for people who are considering these incorporate a regimen of extra moisture and add lots of protein to your diet and watch them work wonders for your nails and skin too. Yes the boost with my nails is crazy. I attribute that to Nature's Bounty Hair Skin and Nails gummies which taste delicious but they also work. So I was combining those with maxi hair and I think its a great combination. Anyway. These work good alone but water is necessary and a good regimen of conditioning and washing as well as moisture will have your hair growing like a weed. So just consider that. But these vitamins definitely deserve a good rating I'm currently waiting on a new shipment.

In the hospital 6 mo. and lost most of my hair! My hairdresser recommended this product to me, said it really works! I now have thick bangs, new outgrowth all over my head ( like 6”now) and my bald spots have all filled in and gone! My nails are stronger too! I’ve been home from the hospital 6 months now I am very happy that this product worked so well! Har thinning………I truly recommend this product to you, it is a game changer!

My hair: looks very nice, strong and healthy EXCEPT the ends. They dry out and break off no matter what I put on them. Because of this my hair hasn't gotten ANY longer in YEARS. No exaggeration. I eat nutritiously with a focus on hair health but I still clearly haven't found what the problem is. I bought this to help get more vitamins to promote hair growth. Pros: good to get variety of vitamins and minerals, good daily 'multi vitamin,' Cons: after 4 months of regular usage I have not YET seen much hair growth. Smells terrible. Large pills. I will likely keep using this product however because I know it can take a long time to see benefits. I'm sure the extra vitamins must be doing something beneficial.

First, let me state that I am female and I have an auto-immune disorder and have to take medications that was affecting my hair. My hair was noticibly thinning, and the hair by my temples was almost completely gone and I could see other thining areas and bald spots appearing; my hair was shedding excessively. I took them religiously, and within two months noticed my shedding had reduced a lot, I also noticed that hair growth in the areas I had excessive thinning was starting to come in. I've been taking these for six months now, and the results are amazing, I have no more balding areas, the worst areas around my temples and forehead have grown back. Last month, I thought maybe I could try a different brand and save some money, so I did since it seemed like it would be a good product. I took the other supplements for three weeks, and noticed my hair shedding increased within that time frame. I stopped and ordered my maxi-hair plus. I'll continue to take these. They work.
