When the description says adjustable key sensitivity, does that indicate that the keys are touch-sensitive and play louder based on force?

As a long time acoustic piano player although the Alesis Recital is adjustable touch sensitivie, the feel is amazing. For this price point I've found nothing better. Even if you're an experienced player this piano is very useful. Composing, hotel or travel practice, giving lessons etc. No you wouldn't use it as a professional playing live,or in the studio. In fact IMHO, that's all I wouldn't use it for.

Can i attach a foot pedal

Hi, Alesis support here! Yes, Recital features a dedicated 1/4" sustain input; suitable for use with virtually any sustain pedal! We recommend using the ASP-2.

Is the included power adapter dual voltage?

Yes, the included AC adapter is dual voltage, if, by dual voltage, you mean *use 110VAC and 220VAC*. It clearly says so on the adapter. The output of the adapter is 12V 2.0A DC.
