Sharp!
This pizza cutter is great. It's sharp, tough, and it has no issues. We use it all of the time - it does a perfect job cutting pizza, but it's also good for things like ham, waffles, etc. It works great on any food that's relatively flat.Previous ones I tried were either dull or died in the dishwasher.I haven't seen any rust - not sure how that happened for other reviewers. Maybe the quality varies. But this review is for the one I received, which doesn't seem to rust.

The Finest Pizza 🍕 Cutter
Rock solid construction. Made in USA. Replaceable blade. This is the exact same one I used as a young man when I worked in a pizza shop. Super easy to clean and sanitize. The plastic clamshell it arrived packaged in also doubles as its safety sheath.

Very sharp, much better than cheap pizza cutters.
Watch out! This thing is super sharp and will cut marks into your aluminum pizza pan. My advice is to use very little pressure when cutting until you get used to this thing. I like the smaller wheel and the overall design is good for long-term durability because the blade is replaceable. No more cheap pizza cutters for me that I have to replace every 1-2 years.

Love this cutter. Perfect size for quesadillas, flatbreads, thin crust pizza, etc.

Snapped in half when put in dishwasher
After only 4 months of light use, the cutter head split entire off when I placed the cutter into the dishwasher siiverware basket. It's obviously a flaw in the steel, but I can find no way to contact the manufacturer nor request a replacement.That said, it WAS a great pizza cutter. Sharp, compact, and effective.

BEST pizza wheel
I've tried several type and sizes of pizza cutters. I find the wheels easier to store and use than a pizza rocker. I like the smaller wheel because it allows me to really push down on it. Cutting deeper pizzas may be a problem at this size, but for frozen/thin pizzas, waffles, pancakes, etc. this is the best. Quite sharp. Just put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. I own 2, and highly recommend it.
