Great car phone holder
My vents are very high up and I tried 4 different holders. The straight vent did not work it put the phone up too high and obstructed my vision not to mention the clamp did not hold it very well it vibrated when driving and fell off 2 times. The cup holder one did not work for me due to my cup holder not being solid all the way around so it too would not hold and the goose neck also allowed the phone to vibrate while driving. The 3rd one was similar to this one but the arm was not angled/tilted as perfectly as this one is and the arm was shorter even when making adjustments leaving the phone sticking up farther in my vision than I wanted. This one the Miracase is exactly as advertised. It's perfect for my needs and my phone does not obstruct my vision because the contour of the downward arm is low enough so when the phone is in the cradle it sits at a perfect height and not above my dash. It does not vibrate so the phone is steady. The adhesion is great even in the cold weather of northern New York when I installed it. It has a nice grip for the phone that adjusts to many size phones (mine is a Moto z 4) and an easy button release. It can be used on the windshield as well but I wanted it for my dash to come down lower than my vents so my phone did not obstruct my vision and as I said this is PERFECT! My radio and cd player are right there as well but I can use both with no issues and even change the cds and not have to move the holder. These people that designed this surely knew what they were doing. I do not text and drive but should my phone ring when on the road I can see it and pull over and answer it if needed versus having it laying flat on my middle console. I love this phone holder.

Surprisingly Wonderful!
I needed a one touch phone holder for the car. My phone is heavy as I use an otter case and it is always a problem to find something that will fit around your otter case and then hold the phone in the otter case as it is heavy.. This is amazing! I have used it for three weeks and has done wonderful as it both easily fits the large, heavy phone, it has mounted and stayed in place, so that I can easily place the large heavy phone in the holder and easily remove the phone from the holder. This would work if you only had a phone with no case. It easily adjusts to the size of the phone you carry. So, I have a Toyota, and it has stayed in place just fine. I wish I would have bought this years ago... It makes using the phone in the car so much easier... It literally took less than five minutes to fit together and place in the car. I highly recommend this product and would buy it again in a heartbeat! As a follow up this lasted about three-six months and then fell and has been living in my back seat!

Good quality
QualityThe build quality of the holder is very good. Buttons, suction cup and the moving arm all functions nicely. Assembling was quick and effortless.Suction cup worked perfectly on my slightly matte dash surface.SafetyThe phone holder provides a cushioned grip for the phone and even gives a single button release option to take out the pone. I had no concerns regarding the phone falling off the holder - which I had for some other magnetic holders. My phone (Xperia XA2 ultra) relatively heavy - a magnetic holder won’t work.FunctionalityOne of the important features of this phone holder is that it keeps your phone from obstructing the windscreen/other dashboard displays. I had trouble finding the right phone holder for my Mazda 3. This works pretty well and you will be able to position the phone to your satisfaction. My only gripe is that I cannot position the phone in landscape mode. I have to always keep it an angle to make sure that phone will not slip out. But on the other hand I have discovered the joy of Portrait mode navigation. I had never used that mode before this phone holder. I assumed earlier that only landscape mode provides enough information on screen during navigation. But the portrait mode works like a charm and even is better for Google maps. May not as good for TomTom - but okay.Points to note (Not negatives)Now, if you have a larger phone (6” and more) like me - make sure you use the portrait modeWill not work for my Lumia 950XL - because of button positions - it will automatically try to start the camera - all those phones with a dedicated camera button may face some issuesI’d like the facility to swivel the arm - but it is fixed as soon as the suction cup is in place - need to change the angle, reapply the suctionRemaining positions are all adjustable and the 3 way adjustments are really niceOverall a very good quality phone holder which worked for my requirement.

Its better than others but still flawed
I tried to like this phone mount after installing it initially but it is not steady and your phone vibrates constantly (especially if you mount it on the dash) while you drive. The box stated that the arm rotates 90 degrees either direction and that is simply not correct. Unfortunately due to its design the arm, though tightened in place properly, bounces the phone and while it will hold the phone in your Otter box defender case with the cover removed, it doesn't seem "secured" to me. I don't want my S20 Ultra falling out while driving on the highway. Perhaps a lighter weight phone wouldn't create such a shaking issue but I am led to believe this is a design flaw.I was left with a mark on my dash when I removed the suction cup; by the way the suction is very strong due to extra sticky gel of it but use caution on dash surfaces. I did not use the 3M disc on the dash as I have not had good luck with those when temperatures are excessive (both warm and cold). Mounting on the windshield seemed more secure but I was not satisfied with the angle of the arm as it would not go down far enough so that the phone did not hit the windshield or the dash when driving. I fixed this by taking the screw pin out of the arm and turning the arm around and replacing the pin and nut to secure it. Based on its design it is not meant to be used this way (the ratcheting grooves don't line up) but it seems to work for now. Though I will be looking for a different mount to properly hold my phone.I would not buy this again.
