Finally got it right
Due to not checking on the model of my TV I bought a first one that worked with my tv to put it on and change channels, but wouldn't have buttons for other functions the original had, like the Sleep function. I looked up for my tv model, found it and this is it. Now it works as before.

Didn’t work for our TV
