Q: I want to use this in a pop up tent but im assuming the tent won't hold the weight?

I don’t know anything about your tent or it’s strength. The bag holds a lot of water and is subsequently heavy when full. In addition, in order for the shower head to be above head height the bag has to be approx 3ft higher which means it needs to be hung approx 9ft high. Hope that helps.

Q: How long does it take to heat up the water well?

We filled it up with hot water from the taps in the toilet when covid closed the shower block. Would definitely recommend it. We putchased a stand up changing tent to use the shower in. Just keep the bag a bit higher so the water runs freely. One of us just stood outside the stand up tent and held it up for the other.

Q: can you fill this with hot water if there is no sunshine to heat with solar power?

I don't know - I ordered one but they cancelled the order. I imagine, though, that you could. I use these (normally the black ones) every summer in Spain and the water is super hot by evening which means that you could, most likely put quite warm water in there for a shower.
