Q: Is this product water soluble?

It is water soluble although the recommended way to use it is to put it in when you put the plant in the ground. It works by encouraging beneficial fungi to attach themselves to the roots of the new plant. It does nothing for the plants if it can’t reach their roots. I did read that watering mycorrhizae in works so it’s up to you how you want to use it.
