Love it..took the burner out of house since getting old and decrepit. This fireplace does a wonderful job in keeping house warm..2500 square foot home

We received the unit and installed. It did not work. I tried everything they told me on the phone, even to the point of buying a new part. Still nothing. Now I'm required to ship it in to be serviced. It's a shame to pay 900 dollars for something that doesn't work. I haven't had the chance to enjoy it yet.

This is a great vent free fireplace w/a beautiful wood mantle. Really puts out a lot of heat and was delivered FREE to my door in just seven days - well packed and strapped down on a pallet for easy unloading. Assembly instructions were easy to follow (and I'm a 75-yr-old lady) Technician had it hooked up and running in 30 minutes. Have only 1 minor complaint; the snap in 'grill' piece in front of the log set is very lightweight and rattles when you walk by, or would have given it 5 stars.

I have installed three of these in restaurants and have been very happy with the results. My gas bills went down as the main heating no longer runs while these are in use. All the heat they generate goes directly into the room. two have been running 6 days a week, 8 hours a day for two years without issue. The third one is a new install. I install them on a base raising them up so they can be seen by seated customers throughout the rooms.

This fireplace is amazing. Had a bit of trouble getting the top vent piece installed but this fireplace would probably heat a bigger area than listed. We’ve had temps of 9 degrees with a negative wind chill for a week which is unusual for us, and it has heated my 1200 sq ft home to the point I’m sweating and it is not an open floor plan. It has kept the entire house hot only set on 3 on thermostat. It goes to a 5. It’s well worth the money!!

We are very happy with our purchase! This is a beautiful addition to our home but this is also a very good heater. It heated our 1440 square foot home from 60 degrees to 68 degrees in less than an hour! Thats the temperature we like to keep our home. Definitely recommend this heater! It was so easy to build when it arrived too! From unboxing to fully functional was less than an hour! Warm and quiet while running. LOVE it!

Dont believe the hype. This fireplace blows. No where near the flame color in the picture. Only see blue flame. Cant control heating of unit. Its one setting. Remote only turns on and off fireplace. DO NOT BUY IT. Returning it is even a problem.
