I love this little dress. I bought a Large. I am 5'7", 180 pounds, 38B. If my boobs were bigger, it wouldn't fit, but it I had a smaller chest size, it would. IT HAS POCKETS! The straps are adjustable. It's long enough that I don't feel awkward. Okay, I'm almost 60 and I only wear it while working in the yard. That's why I bought it. I liked it so much, I ordered another. It does not cling to my body like a slip over pantyhose. I would def bring it for a beach vacation. I think the quality of stitches is good. I live in the Sonoran desert and the fabric stays cool because there's not much there. :)

I was not expect this to fit and be flattering but i was pleasantly surprised i would recommend wearing a strapless bra and half shell for pop of color but this dress is very breezy and comfortable. A belt would also look nice.
