Fitbit Charge 3 Fitness Activity Tracker, Graphite/Black, One Size (S and L Bands Included)

Have been using this for many years. This was to replace the earlier one. Obviously happy with the product.

Great smartwatch for the basics. I have been using Fitbits for many years and have finally decided to give it up because of the deteriorating build quality. For reasons best known to fitbit, the charge 3 (and the charge 2 for that matter) have the most flimsy strap system. The strap will keep breaking or tering and the clip on the watch to insert the strap is made of cheap plastic that will not last more than a year, after which even a replacement strap will not latch on. Great product but cheap built and strap quality. Will not last more than a year.

In less than a year my fitbit overheated to such an extend that my hand was almost burnt while I was sleeping wearing this product. Keep in mind that sleep tracking is one of the features they keep promoting and burning your arm in return was definitely not part of the deal. The team said they will replace the product as it was within warranty. This was more than a month ago and there is no sign of the replacement. I am told this is because of customs delay for items from China in india and as far as they are concerned there is no alternative the company is pursuing and they will ship the product when they can.Please don't waste your money on this product as within a year you have no option but to throw this made in china trash in the trash.

Last purchase from Fitbit ! The bluetooth just doesn’t connect - not on my iphone nor on my laptop. Tired of trying it so many times. Also no service centre & support keeps telling you new processes to follow to troubleshoot it.

They do not have service centre all over the world. Once the warranty is over and if somthing goes wrong with your fitbit you cant get it repaired nor replaced. Just throw it in dustbin. What a shame.
