Cute, sturdy, great price!
This table is beautiful and I am so excited about the meals, activities and projects that will be head on it for years to come! The natural wood is pretty and the yellow paint is happy. The table and benches seem very stable and solid, even though it is made from a pretty light wood (though each piece is definitely wood and not particle board or something). It was easy to put together though the directions probably could have been a little more clear, esp for people whole might not be as familiar with tools and hardware. Just make sure you take everything out and line things up exactly according to the pictures, with the glossy part of the paint facing outwards for the lower parts. It says max weight is 150lb but we tested it out and it can for sure hold more, though I wouldn't suggest going against the recommendation for long term use. My 22mo old twins LOVE it so far! There's enough room for them to spread out. Could also fit 4 kids comfortably, 6 if a tight squeeze with littles. My kids are 33" tall and around 25lb for reference.

This is a great table!
I can’t say enough good things about this table! I bought it for a playroom that was under construction when the coronavirus lockdown happened, so we put it together and replaced our coffee table with it since I have a 2.5 year old and it gave him room to play on while being in our living room. Now that the work continued for the playroom I don’t want to part with it as a coffee table! We haven’t used the benches with it but they are sturdy. The table will get a dent here and there. But I mean what table wouldn’t with a heavy-handed toddler? And it seems like it’s the finish on the table and not the actual wood... at least mine anyway. This is a great alternative to an activity table like for trains or legos since it’s big enough for them to do anything on it. I recommend!

Worth it!!
This table is awesome! It is made of actual wood, which is impossible to find in kids furniture at this price. It is simple and clean looking, ie it doesn’t look like Pixar threw up all over it. It is sturdy, holds my 5 and 3 year old comfortably. For its size it is compact, because the benches slide underneath. Husband put it together in about 15-20 minutes without one cuss word uttered, so for our house it’s a total win.

Soft Pine DENTS easily
We were elated when our table arrived however it quickly got broken in! My 18-month-old son dropped his sippy cup onto the table and it made a dent into the tabletop! Just a small dash, but still, the first night! If you press your fingernail into the wood too it does make an impression. So I'm disappointed how easily this is going to get worn in SO fast because it is really cute! And the yellow part is actually wood too, I thought it was metal from the pictures by how shinny/glossy it looked. It is also, larger than I was expecting! But I didn't measure, just was going off my thoughts of where I wanted to place it.Updated to 5 stars from original post. Dropping something on the table was our fault and you know, it’s held up very nicely and we still love it!

Perfect Parent-Child Play Area
This table is the perfect place for family time. My family of two large parents and two young children (1,3) play comfortably together. Easy clean. Multi use bench for reaching the counter. Fits perfect in the end of the dinner room.

Cute but won’t last!
I really wanted to love this bench because it seemed like the perfect fit for my kids to be able to be creative and do artwork on their own. They loved it! However we’ve only had for 2.5 weeks and the cracked surface is such a disappointment! I wash the surface with soap and water to get out watercolor paints and washable markers but apparently this table can’t handle that? Also, I’m still unable to get some marker off. Hoping this was a fluke and I could get a replacement because this size is perfect for my 3 and 5 year old, but not if it’s going to only last less than 3 weeks!

Still solid since 05/2019!!!
This table has been a powerhouse!! Our son, at +48" is finally too leggy for this table to work, but it was a FANTASTIC investment back when the kids were 1 & 2, and lasted them all the way through last year (5 & 6). We have tightened up the screws and it's still going strong. For FIVE YEARS, it was a play zone for the kids in our old apartment and doubled as a fort when covered with a blanket. We ate breakfast, lunch & dinner at it on our patio all 2020. When trapped indoors for polar vortexes, we painted/ colored/ play-doh'd to our hearts content, and when summer rolled around, we set it up outside as a water table (just make sure to dry it off when you're done!) We've had tea parties, done homework, potted plants, worked on projects, played board games, and everything in between. We'll miss you Little Yellow Table! We are passing it on to friends who plan to sand the top a bit and paint it new 💕

Had no problems putting this together
Had no problems putting this together, (my husband), components were clearly marked, no missing hardware, directions were simple, and if you've ever assembled some flat pack before, pretty intuitive for the most part. We tightened with the supplied Allen wrench, a hand drill and a stubby Phillip's head. There was no cracking of wood. The table/benches are cute and study. I wouldn't allow jumping or climbing on it, it's not meant for that and I'm sure it would break eventually if kids climbed all over it. As a work/playspcace, it's perfect. I do feel like overall the price is slightly inflated, but we aren't dissatisfied with it. Benches fit 2 kids per side, and the whole thing is the perfect size for our 5 year old. I wouldn't get this for a day care or a class room, personally. I couldn't see it lasting long with heavy use by multiple kids.
