At almost 70 years old Nov: I opened and poured the product out onto a paper and took 1/4. I think 400mg is too much to begin. Dec: Took 2 capsules in the a.m.. Circulation increased improving memory and responding seamlessly. I can run up the stairwell to the apartment without tripping onto my knees. Facial skin is tougher Good. Great breathing. Continue to have aches and pains now and then because I push so hard. UPDATE: It's July. Tiny hard bump on my face is small. I believe there is a glow of health. UPDATE: Nov next year several colon polyps been 6 years since last visit. Hope this did not excelerate growth.

For years, I have taken a multitude of antibiotics, so much so that my specialized urologist said that he had never seen a person take such a high dosage of antibiotics in a single dose in his 20 years of working. Its a great price for pine bark, but it doesn't have the same effect as the other brand I took (wanted to try switching to another as the other brand is a bit expensive). This one for some reason doesn't feel anywhere near as effective, and even the smell is not as potent as the other - opening the bottle of the other one smelled like a forest, where as this one barely has any noticeable smell at all. Its not an expired bottle or anything so I am thinking maybe this is just a very basic or generic type of pine bark. Not saying this is a bad supplement, as maybe some people prefer subtle doses, in which case maybe you will enjoy this. Otherwise for me, I'll be switching back to the other brand in hopes for better results.

I use this pine bark, and grape seed extract together, to eliminate or cut way down on ankle/foot swelling from long-haul sitting while traveling. Actually, I take one of each in the morning and again in the late afternoon on regular days. Wanted something for long plane rides, tho now with covid we took a trip by driving. This combination is the best I have ever used. For a long drive (8 hrs.) I took them about 5 or six times thru the day. (I read that would probably be needed.) So we had 2 days of 8 hr driving there, and later 2 days of 8 hour driving back. I had so little swelling it was hardly noticable one day, and generally none the other days. It is a genetic trait to get swelling or CVI; not all people get it, even if they may be heavy. Some slender people get it. But tho I have used several other things, the best has been pine bark extract and grapeseed extract. One of each. (I have Purethentic grapeseed extract 300mgs.)

Both my grandparents use this to combat allergies. My grandmother has issues with her skin breaking out and also has eczema. She uses 12,000 mg Pine Bark, 500 mg Resveratrol, 1,000 mg Vitamin C, 4,000 mg Stinging Nettle & 6,000 mg of Moringa Oleifera. Her eczema totally backs off within 30 minutes. Other skin problems are improved but don’t disappear.As MN residents they both love summer and supplements ease many of their allergic reactions. The weeping eyes and wheezing, runny nose, sinus congestion etc. they swear Pine Bark is a good addition to your antihistamine arsenal.Anyway, they love it and believe it benefits them in many ways such as heart health, but the most evident way it helps is maintaining skin integrity!
