Q: Has this product cracked for anyone yet? the oem and crown will both crack after about 30k miles.

I have about 15K miles on mine and its still crack free. Good so far..

Q: Does this come with flange bolts, and block bolts?

It includes the flange/headpipe bolts, not the manifold to cylinder head bolts. Dorman part # 03413 is the manifold hardware kit.

Q: Does this fit 2009 4x4 jk 2 door?

yes it will fit 2007-2011 3.8 Liter V6 jeep wrangler JK's. I installed a drivers side one on my 2010 unlimted because the factory one always cracks in a couple of places. I also purchased the bolt install kit along with the manifold.
