I have suffered lots of hair loss the past year and this is the only product I have found that has slowed hair loss down and after conditioning my hair is very soft . Honestly I have tried so many products and this really is helping me at the moment.

Made my scalp itchy

I suddenly got thinning hair and was losing handfuls enough to clog my shower drain, which had never happened. I always had very thick hair and it was medium to coarse, but within the past year or so it's become fine and I have visible balding at the crown and missing lines of hair enough to make my bangs/fringe very sparse looking. I saw my doctor and an endocrinologist. Neither offered any help--mostly a shrug and saying it was probably due to hormone changes. So I did some research and bought this due to the DHT blocker. I have had hormonal imbalances in the past. I'm on a very small dose of a medication for BP that also inhibits testosterone. It should not be enough to make hair fall out, but I guess it isn't helping it not fall out. Anyway, after 2 weeks of use, I am not shedding nearly as much. The product smells good but the scent is not overwhelming. I color my hair and so far, the color is not fading even though the shampoo is left on for 3 minutes. There is a tingly warmth like menthol on the scalp, but it doesn't hurt or anything. My hair looks really good and styles very well. I do add a bonding conditioner (Olaplex 5 or one by L'Oreal) on my ends a couple of times per week. And best, my hair feels soft and normal and smooth. I am hopeful that I can come back at the end of the 3 months it says to use it and say my hair back.
