I'm updating my review I'm gonna leave the original review so you can see how frustrated I was and this may help you. So I brought this product and I thought that the mattress had gone through its growing phase but it hadn't. It takes more than the company state to get through that stretch state I say a week so make sure you're blowing up the mattress and leaving it for a few hours and then top up just before bed and I promise you you won't be on the floor. I haven't been since doing this. I've been sleeping comfortably for the last couple of nights, I say give it a week of stretch and then do all the things I've stated and that should help with the blow-up mattresses........(old review) Im literally sitting in the middle of this mattress on the carpet after using it for 3 nights it's a waste of money. I'm sleeping it on my own not with two people I'm not above the max weight and it started deflating the first night. Not so immediately but it was noticeable that I was like ok I'll make sure it is a little harder without overstretching as I don't want it to burst. But every night since the 1st morning I've been getting closer to the floor because of where I live I don't want to inflate every two hours because it is noisy to turn on. Buy each day has gotten worse. WASTE OF MONEY THEY WON'T GIVE YOU A REFUND DO NOT BUY. it couldn't have been punctured by anything on the carpet and not surrounded by anything sharp just brought it. As a consumer, we should be able to get a refund for a product that doesn't work.

The reliability of the Dreamcatcher premium blow up bed mattress is extremely poor. The bed was constantly losing air pressure and had to be topped up every 2 hours or so. At first my partner and I just thought it was due to the bed being a new purchase and after several uses, a proper seal could be obtained. Information given to us by a clearly printed warning label describing the predicted air leaks. This however is bad information and only served to mask a manufacturers fault with the bed. Last night, after owning the bed for 11 weeks AND ONLY ITS SECOND USE, the material burst from my partner and I laying on the bed. Neither of us being over weight, so well within the supposed max carrying capacity of the mattress. A hole had appeared on the seam of the mattress making any repair impossible. At £72.30 this item was not fit for purpose and nor was it good value. If I had known earlier that the leaks were due to a fault and not due to wearing in period as stated on the warning label, I would have asked to return the bed. I hope our experience with this product helps to inform others.

This bed is excellent easy to use and stow away when not in use. It's also very comfortable.

Bought this mattress mainly for camping but also for general use. Inflates/deflates fully in approximately 3-5 minutes if using the plug. However, if manually inflating, expect to take at least one and a half hours to inflate to a decent standard. The hole for manual inflation is very small so wont recommend for camping unless electricity is available. Once inflated fully, its comfortable. However, the mattress lasted for only one use (3 days of camping) before it started to deflate when used overnight. Does come with patches so can fix any leaks. However, don't think its worth the price as the plug cannot be stored away in the mattress like other models do so can potentially puncture the mattress when being sored away. Also a bag to sore the mattress away would be handy unlike trying to refit it back into its original box after each use. The company however, provided quick and efficient service and refund. Shame about the product.

Purchased this bed to increase our comfort on a recent camping trip. We bought it based on Which? recommendation and also the fact that it can be inflated manually. The electric pump fills it up in a few minutes and is definitely the best way to inflate it, however the option is there to pump it up with a manual pump, meaning it's suitable to take camping where you may not have access to mains power. The bed is very comfortable and unlike some airbeds was stable across the bed, meaning that we didn't end up rolling into each other in the middle of the night! We needed to give it a little top up every other night, but this is normal for any airbed so not something to worry about. It should also be noted that this is not insulated at all, so if you are using it somewhere cold, then make sure you lay a blanket or something else over it or it will feel cold! The bed is really easy to deflate and pack away and easily fits back into the bag provided. It comes with a couple of self-adhesive patches which thankfully we haven't yet needed, but it's good that they're included. I can't fault this bed and for the price I would highly recommend it!
