This is the only olive oil we purchase. A lot of oils nowadays are cut with canola and vegetable oil as a cheap filler, and for what it’s worth, I have done a good amount of research to find one that is third party tested to be TRUE olive oil, and this is it! Good quality comes at a price, and this is something we are willing to pay extra for. Every bottle we have purchased has been consistent - smells great, silky smooth texture, fresh and tastes like olive oil should be!

This is the best EVOO I have ever tasted and used. I put it on salmon and shrimp before roasting. In addition I put it on vegetables and roast them. My favorite thing is to microwave small red potatoes then smash them with the bottom of a bowl, put EVOO on them and herbs and roast them until they are slightly crispy!! Delicious! I buy this EVOO on a regular basis. I recommend it.
