Feels terrific on neck and shoulders. I like that you can rest your arms in the loops, and you can you use that to apply more pressure to the massage. This version is cordless, which makes it very easy to move around and use anywhere without having to mess w/ the wires. It's also nice to use on my mid-back by leaning against a couch.

I got this for myself, but I guess I’ll be fighting my family for it lol! The massage quality is great and pressure is great! The heat feels so good as well! A very effective massager!

I purchased this primarily for my SO who was having neck pain due to stress. I also wanted to use it for a tight back that I get from sitting and programming too long. I looked at a variety of units from various manufacturers. I initially rejected this unit due to the long arms which seemed to me to be pretty useless. However, the more reviews I read, the more the long arms seemed to make sense, not only in being able to hold the unit in various places and positions, but also just for comfort and the fact that gravity and the weight of my arms will assist in the unit working. The unit arrived two days ago... and I can say that I am extremely pleased. The quality of the build and material is very good. The controls could be a bit lower than they are, but work well and are easy to understand and remember. The unit is very effective at relieving pain. We've used it on our necks, upper and lower backs, all to good results. The best was when my SO used it... he got a blissful look, the kind you only see on a dog when you are rubbing "just the right spot". An extreme 'pro' is the fact that it is wireless. So far (from two nights of casual use between two people) I have not yet had to recharge it. No wires makes it much easier to use the device while walking around, or when moving it to a new position. Anyway... good build... good results... good purchase. Update: I purchased a second one of these for a friend of mine. They have used it for over a month now and love it. Similar to myself, the slower speed seems to be the most effective. I also should update and say that the battery life is excellent. We get easily 20 or more uses before it starts to noticeably slow up and needs a recharge.

My goodness this thing has been a life saver. I am 26 but suffer from pretty bad neck and back pain from bad posture/genetics/physical labor whatever it may be I just know I was in painnn all day and night and it was getting worse so I ordered this and the first time I used it holy moly I didn’t realize how many knots could be in one back.. I was sore for like 3 days because I probably over did it but WOW it was like a cure. No more tossing and turning all night from back pain, I don’t wake up with a crick in my neck everyday. I even got my spouse to use it and he’s obsessed too! He’s bigger so it doesn’t get the best spots for him like it does for me (I’m assuming) but he still uses it and says it helps a lot. I ordered a different brand resteck and returned it because we both preferred this one. It actually massages the knots out and gives so much relief. I stopped using it for a few weeks and my back and neck were getting tight and sore again and I just used it and instantly feel so much better. I’d recommend this specific one to anyone. I was iffy if I even needed the cordless but I’m glad it is because plugging it in all the time is actually annoying. It is built well for the price and I like the 2 speeds. The heat is too warm for me so I usually turn it off but I really have no complaints.

I have been using the Snailax shiatsu massager for over a week now, it's my first using one of these, and it's a real life saver !!! I decided to purchase that one because of the cordless feature and good reviews related to this brand: let me tell you it does not disappoint !! It comes in charged up and ready to use as soon as I opened the box, massage is very effective and reminds me of the efficacy of those "massaging chairs" me and my young son love to use at the airport :)... It really works on those trigger points and untangle muscle knots. The heat feature is pleasant while not too hot. It stops on its own after 15 minutes of massage as a safety feature, but all you have to do is press the on button again if you're not through using it. The leather and casing is very comfortable and well made (not cheap looking). So far the battery life has been working great and hasn't ran out of juice yet; it is fully charged within a couple hours of charging. I'm very impressed with this device and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat !! Truly a wonderful and soothing thing to own !! Shipping was super fast too!! Loving this! Feels high quality and love the inclusion of a cover for easy washing and sanitation. The heat setting set this option above other ones I considered.

First of all, I hated that it has those curved things on the end because they’re so bulky and hurt when the whole thing moves while it’s on. I really did like the fact that it heats until I realized it tore from the heat overnight and ripped down to the parts as I see now in all the other reviews from everyone else. It ripped down overnight and I didn’t even wake up while this happened because I was so tired and hadn’t slept much for days but until I woke up in the morning I felt burning and wet on my skin just to find out that it burned/scraped my skin to where I had blood and obviously it was raw so I had to get Vaseline and cover it up somehow to finish taking a shower because when the water would hit, it was burning so bad!!!! So now I have to wear gauze with tape on my lower back and buttox because that’s where it happened. Again, I never leave reviews at all because I hate typing and texting so much but I want others beware of what could happen. I would never want anyone to have to deal with that. It hurts so bad to sit especially on the toilet!!!! Now I have to deal with this burning scrape for the next several days. What a pain. So disappointed.
