No place to install park light socket

When I purchased the left and right headlights there was no mention in the description that the defect in this headlights was that there were no place for the park light socket. ( pic added, the top silver is my old one the bottom is one I purchased on Amazon) you can clearly see the spot is sealed. And to add I can not get a refund until I ship them back which mean I wasted a lot of money on the pair.
