Fit and works great

Fit my 2009 perfectly. Issue with a missing part however they shipped out a replacement quickly.

Nothing much else to say other than it does exactly what it's supposed to do and it was the easiest installation of any part so far on my 2009 Dodge Charger R/T R&T. I show it at my local car meet and car club so I figured getting that ugly hood prop out of the way of my engine would be a nice thing and it does exactly that. I haven't drilled out the rivet holding the hood prop on yet but that's the next step since it's not needed any longer. Awesome product and well worth the price. Of course a lot of people will say this should have came on the car from the factory, but if it can reduce cost to help make the Charger affordable to the everyday guy then this is well worth the extra money down the road as a modification!

this is a 5 min. install, 10 min. if you don't know what you are doing. I should have bought these years ago.

I ordered these lifts after doing some research online .. I happen to spend a decent amount of time with the hood up on my Challenger (mostly cleaning and admiring) so having that goofy rod holding it up was annoying and in the way. The lifts are amazing and a snap to install .. Literally!! Don't hesitate to pull the trigger on this purchase .. You will be very glad you did.

This is a quick and easy upgrade for your vehicle. It only took about 10 min to install. No more hood prop getting in the way when doing maintenance. You will not regret this purchase and it is well worth the $50. Compared to most gas hood struts these are inexpensive and Mopar made.

These struts work perfectly and couldn't be easier to install. The instructions were a little confusion when they tried to explain left and right, but its a pretty straight forward install and should only take you as long as it takes to screw in 2 bolts using a 13mm wrench. I would definitely recommend these to anyone with a Challenger.

these is a great cheap and easy to do modification. Excellent part and great fitment. 5min job and much needed on a big heavy hood.My only question is, if this is a proper mopar part (which it is) and it costs less than $50, why isn't this fitted to the challenger as standard, I mean come on Dodge!!!!
