well made just did not match up to existing hole
very well made but did not match up to the existing door hole. did not want to redrill the door, so I returned it. as mentioned it is a very well made product.. just did not fit..

This is great high-quality lock. I took it to my locksmith looking for a security collar. Two of the guys helping me commented on the good quality of the lock. I did not want to tell them that it was around $80, as during my prior visit to the shop the week before, they wanted me to buy a very similar lock for, (and I am NOT making this up) $305. WTF IS THAT?My order came with a 2 3/4" catch mechanism (commercial handle size), but the residential gate where I was installing it required the 2 3/8" residential standard-sized catch. Their website allowed me to order the correct sized part for $16 with free shipping. That's a good deal.

These are junk bought 4 and hate them so cheap and light duty totally false advertised… I never review but I am so disappointed in the time I wasted installing these

No help, forced app is useless!
The door knob, assembly and striker is great quality, I need a constant locked door, open this door knob, and the entire assembly is very well-made. I’m very pleased with this part.I had a hell of a time getting the keyway converted and so they tell you there’s online instructions you use a QR Reader so then they force you to download the app to your phone and it’s a bunch of nonsense because I found a bunch of ad promotions, so I deleted the app, and I’m going to take the door knob down the street a locksmith, and he will rotate it for me, the product is good, any help you need you should go to a locksmith

Upgraded to your normal handle
Installation instructions are decent if it’s your first time. Never used a commercial handle before but it only took a few minutes to figure out what I needed to do. Strike plate was a little big for a residential installation but heavy duty. Seemed durable and and much better then the standard household handle. Some people may not like the always locked/not locked turn button but it doesn’t bother me. Just make sure you got it right when you shut the door, the button needs to be be depressed and twisted to put it in the always locked position.
