Beware the power switch and start praying....."
I would expect something better after paying $300 for the go mic mobile. It was delivered three days ago, I unpacked it and assembled as the instructions. It is not cear from the documentation whether the receiver's battery is fully charged on leaving the manufacturer, so I put it on to charge. The charging light showed bright green - which I understand to indicate charged, but I left it for 3 hrs, just to make sure. Now the big moment, I press the on/power switch. Nothing! No indication from the power indicator light. I try again, and again, and again. I hold it down for five seconds. Nothing. Big disappointment.So, I sent an email to suport and received a ( obviously automated) acknowlegement saying my problem would be reviewed. It is now THREE days later and no reply. I have just sent another email........Update.. Four days later I got a reply mail that just said 'return it to the dealer you bought it from'.Reqested a reurn form through Amazon. Now waiting for the paperwork.Yes, well things don't improve much. Amazon is in circular mode, we keep going around in circles with them, getting nowhere. Amazon is not taking support phone calls at this time. So phoned the original dealer. Phone works much better than email because a very pleasant gentleman quickly answered and our problem (hopefully) will be resolved. He sent us a return label for shipping and a replacement unit will be sent to us.So, initially a disappointment but maybe the replacement unit will work fine. The go mic mobile combo is just what we need and I am looking forward to getting to use it. Rating raised to three stars.

Fantastic customer service
I recently lost the cable that connects the receiver to the phone. I called the company and they FedExed a replacement FREE OF CHARGE! The mic is not under warranty, but the backed their fantastic product any way!! BRAVO Samson
