Pyrrole Orange! MUST HAVE color that you can not mix.
I've never seen anything like this color. Single pigment and pricey but you can not mix it no matter how many reds and yellows you combo together. If you're wondering why I needed this glorious and elusive orange, blame it on the Florida Highwaymen. I was getting ready to attend a class by Al Black, the last surviving member, watching a demo to see which brushes he used and what colors were on his palette. Florida's Treasure Coast has the most uniquely colored sunsets in all of Florida and the Highwaymen capture them like no other, except of course Beanie Backus, the master and their mentor. Long way to say I knew how important it was to get this right, but after trying every red and yellow combo I could come up with, I realized there must be something else. And this was it. A single pigment orange. Who knew?! Buy it. It's amazing.

Excellent value
The media could not be loaded. Only a tiny amount of paint was need to paint this cat on 8x10, the color is quite opaque, needed only one coat to create effect I was after, so It makes a good value for the money. It has the thickness of a typical soft body paint, however coats opaquely. Easy to use, comes in jar that can be opened or used like a squirt bottle, negating the need for another supply purchase.

Really great paint
Some of the best Acrylic paint on the market. I bought 2 of this color this order. I lay this down as a base coat for my oil paintings, itās a nice color to use because I do a lot of figurative art and I like to let some of the color peek through. And all of my paintings look uniform .It creates a nice warmth against the cools.

I say buy it!
Liquitex is a brand that stands out and is well respected. Their acrylic paints are used by professionals like myself everywhere. This particular color of purples is so deep and so vibrant. And it has great flow and soft body characteristics. I say buy it!

Surpassed My Expectations
I work with wood and sometimes use acrylics for paints and stains. The pigments in Liquitex are rich providing an excellent color, and the consistency of the paint allows me to use it both as a paint and a stain. As a stain, I get a deep, rich color, while the wood grain shows through. As a paint, I get a full, smooth coverage. I was so impressed with this color, I ordered additional colors, as well as the clear varnish which is just as good as the acrylics.

Sent cheaper mixing white instead of titanium white š
I ordered an 8oz titanium white for a painting Iām working on this weekend and was sent transparent mixing white. Most artists will understand that thereās a huge difference between the two š. Mixing white is thin and less pigmentedā itās used for Bob Ross style paintings. Even though the officially product label clearly says "transparent mixing white" the sellers label has it marked as titanium white under the barcode.Iām hopefully getting a refund but if youāre in a time crunch please beware that this seller might not understand the differences between different pigments/versions of the same color. I believe thereās another review that received the wrong black pigments as well.

love this color
this color is really good for blood/reddish skin tones and bricks. this color was weirdly discontinued at some art stores and online stores! I was so upset until I found these sold on amazon! It's thick, vibrant and a wonderful color to have in your mixing palate.
