Highly recommend - have been using for years.
I have been purchasing this for years to protect and clean all of my leather products - it does a wonderful job and is tried and true - highly recommend!! This is one of those products that I cannot live without since I have a lot of leather handbags and shoes and it always does a great job.

Really impressive all around!
I bought this product because it is recommended by Oberon Design, the people who make beautiful hand-tooled leather products such as covers for Kindles and Nooks (and iPads and so on). I have bought two kindle covers from them and figure if anyone knows how to keep those items in good shape, it would be the leather makers. Before I even used it, I was impressed by the spray bottle this stuff comes in! Very sturdy, with a built-in finger grip and non-slip material where your hand will rest on the bottle. You have to shake well first, so this grip comes in very handy (sorry, no pun intended). In any case, I was amazed when I saw the bottle, let alone the results from using the bottle! (Nov. 2015 -- ETA: I just bought another bottle, and it apparently no longer has the non-slip finger grip. Very disappointing but of course doesn't affect the product itself.)My two kindles get handled a lot. They are always being held in my hands or stuffed in my purse. The leather covers get dirt and grime. One application of Bick 5 turns them back to looking and feeling like new again. In fact, I can see minute details in the pattern again that I had totally forgotten were even there.I even polished up a very old leather checkbook cover that I was thinking might be time to throw out. Turns out it's really nice under all the grime! And I also have an old leather couch and chair that I have, I must sadly admit, let go to seed. The arms of the sofa and chairs are all cracked where people rest their hands (or head, or feet) and I've never known what to do about that. Then one day it occurred to me to try the Bick 5 on the leather furniture and wow. I'm not going to claim that it "healed" the cracks, but it softened and conditioned the leather to the point where it looks a bit better, and it certainly feels better, and I suspect it won't crack so easily anymore, either, because it feels soft and supple now. I'm talking about a 30-year-old couch and chair, so I'm truly impressed. I can't even imagine what great shape this furniture would still be in if I'd known about Bick 5 back when I bought it.

Boots look better
My roommate's cowboy boots are worn hard and constantly, and they looked it! His were a battered light brown, and this restored some of their original amber undertones but didn't overy saturate the leather so it looked like he was trying to pretend they were new, if that makes sense. His comfortable and broken in books will last longer since the leather isn't so dried out, and they still look fantastically distressed (we used this leather spray sparingly) instead of old and beaten up! I used it on my black Coach purse that I've had for years and it looked SO much better, I had not realised how much it needed to be conditioned & cleaned until I used the product on 1/2 of it to see what it would do...I guess if you look at something everyday you overlook the accumulated changes? Or perhaps my mother is right and I'm just "hopeless about domestic details!"? Point is: the cleaner/conditioning spray worked really well, didn't smell bad, and it was easy to use on boots, 3 jackets, and a purse; and we have lots of product left over after doing all that.

Excellent All-In-One Solution for a Great Value
I love wearing leather boots, but I never did much maintenance on them in the past, resulting in dry and cracked leather. Having just purchased the Red Wing Iron Rangers in Copper for a pretty penny, I wanted to grab something that would apply quick and easy instead of being a 12-step process (cleaner, shine, protectant, sealer, etc.) This does the trick in that it cleans off the grime and scuffs, gives it a renewed sense of color, sinks into the leather to add a supple feel, and I suppose gives them some short range protection against water.I apply every few weeks with great results. So if you don't want to mess with a whole box of products, this works great and makes everything a breeze. Depending on your usage it could last you the life of the boot.

Love the product but the sprayer stopped working!
Great product but they could stand to not skimp on the sprayer aspect of the bottle.

Poor spray bottle
The first one I received had a faulty spray bottle. I returned and ordered a new one. The second one was exactly the same as the first. This time I removed the tube, which was extremely small and since the product is very thick it easily clogged up. I blew it out with compressed air and reinserted and still not able to spray. I transferred the contents into another bottle that I had to go to the store and purchase, and it sprayed perfectly since the spray bottle tube was much thicker. I then cleaned out the original bottle again and put water in it, and it works flawlessly. In the end the product cost me 1 and 1/2 times of the original purchase price due to me having to get a new bottle. That doesn't even include the time and wasted going to the store. That all being said, the product works as advertised and thus the three stars.

This stuff is just plain awesome!
I have two pairs of work boots in rotation, plus dress boots, Nike Air, leather tool bags, etc. and this spray is a super fast way to lightly clean and hydrate them all. It eliminated the squeaking on my Dansko dress boots that I've been trying to deal with for 10 years! It's way easier to apply than the other products I have such as Bick 4, Fiebing's 4-way Care, Red Wing Boot Oil, and a few others I've tried over the years. It won't shine up like products that contain waxes will (some balms ex), but it also barely changes the color of the leather, unlike the Red Wing Boot Oil.
