I own a day spa and one of my specialty services is spray tanning. I learned a little later in life that the sun was not my friend, however, unfortunately most of the damage had already been done. I now avoid the sun like the plague as I have had a couple of scares and I have tons of sun damage and sun spots on my legs and malasma on my face; however, I often wear v-cut or scoop neck shirts so my chest often gets sun... even with SPF 50-90... and it has definitely taken it's toll. My chest was all crepey looking and was already starting to get wrinkles even though I was in my early thirties. Last December I had "Photorejuvination" performed to treat the sun damage and malasma on my face and under my chin. Afterward my dermatologist recommended Nectifirm to help with my chest and as preventive maintenance for my neck, (My neck ís fine but it's never too early for beauty!) At first I was skeptical so she gave me about 10 little sample packets to try out first and if I wasn't satisfied I could bring back the unopened jar for a full refund. I used the sample packets religiously morning and evening. By the time that I used the last packet, there was no question that I was going to open and continue on with the jar. The results were phenomenal! I had always lathered up my chest with lotion to attempt to make it look less dry, but that never really worked and after an hour or so it would look the same. I have rather large breasts and in my line of work I had to wear a sports bra every day and most nights. Subsequently, I had already started to notice that I was getting wrinkles between my clevage running up to my upper chest as a result of my breasts being squished together and the skin between them being constantly creased. I was mortified that at the tender age of thirty the skin on my chest rivaled that of someone 10 or 20 years older than myself! After one week of using nectifirm, the crepey skin was noticibly more nourished and younger and healtier looking. The creases were less prominent as well... or maybe that was just wishful thinking on my part. All I know is that after 20 days of using nectifirm religiously I felt like I had skin that I could be proud of and suited my age rather than looking like some old matron. It really works!!! The only down sides in my opinion are that it is pretty expensive, and once you stop using it, even for a short while... a week or so... my skin seemed to start to revert back to it's previous state. I am sure that has to do with, at least in part, that I am continuing to damage it further. Personally, I think it's worth every penny and I wouldn't consider not moisturizing my face every day, so why should my chest be any different. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! It will be part of my daily regimine until they come out with something even more miraculous!

I was hesitant to purchase this product due to the price. I have tried several other creams, but have not had the results that I have had with this. This product is easy to use and smells good. It took about 2 weeks to start seeing results. Definitely worth the money.

I've been using this for 8 months now and am only just coming to the end of the first tube, so although pricy, a little really does go a long way. I use about a pea sized amount morning and night, and I do think it has improved the texture of the skin on my neck. Overall I would say a good product and great value for money.

Product works but you can buy the same thing from Walmart online for $70 delivered.

I have been using this product for about a month so far. I am not super great at using it 2x a day but mostly once a day. I am 38. Light skin, light eyes. I started noticing the crepy skin and if I turned my neck just right it would wrinkle in a way that was not flattering. I knew there had to be something more I could do. I had tried numerous moisturizers along with adding my facials and peels to my neck as well. Nothing has worked as well as this! Immediately my skin felt more subtle. Along with that it is more plump so the lines or creases that were there are now normal if that makes sense. I think most women know what I am talking about. If you don't then there is no reason for you to be looking at this product. I also use it on my chest and while I think it works wonders I haven't seen any "wow" changes there but I don't have any real issues here. So for me I will keep using this wonder product and recommend it to anyone with a little sag, crepeness, fine lines, etc. It also feels wonderful with little or no scent!

I only used it a few days. I couldn't get past the scent. It smelled like old lady Cologne. If I have to wear this in the morning & the night that means I will be smelling this scent All my life. This may work To smooth out neck wrinkles a 'little bit' . But is it worth having to smell that scent On a constant basis. Ladies It's not a huge overpowering scent, But it is a scent that never leaves. Try it, you may like it tho & it may fix "."

Product came crushed in a paper mailer. This is a very expensive product. Why did you mail it in a paper mailer?

Where I used to get it is not carrying it just now so I found it on Amazon and ordered it. It's great and I love it.

Read some good reviews and decided to try. After a couple of weeks, there was no difference. Perhaps might need more time. It felt just like another semi rich moisturiser. For the price, it was not worth it.

Ive started using this twice a day. Im sure i noticed my skin was less red and looked better on a recent zoom. I also extend it up to jowel area too and have used on areas such as forehead. Seems to be less red and calmer on zoom meetings. So id say it has helped. You dont need a lot.
