I used this product and the Slimming Tea as a last ditch effort to lose weight for my wedding. I had tried everything...from diet pills, diet drinks, powder sprinkled on my food, and exercising for hours a day. Nothing was working and I was getting extremely discouraged. I stumbled upon Okuma Nutritionals website and decided to give this a try. Not being a tea drinker at first, I decided to try the pills. After a little while, the pounds starting coming off. I ordered my wedding dress a size smaller and when it came time for my first fitting, the dress fell off my body! I can't praise this product (and the tea) enough for helping me reach my goal. I was able to wear a bikini on my honeymoon which I've never been able to do before. The capsules are great for when you are on the go and can't brew a cup of tea right away. I personally prefer the tea because I can feel it filling me up more, but I take the capsules with me on trips when I'm not anywhere near hot water. If you're like me and have tried everything, all I can say is give the capsules a try! You won't be disappointed!
