Very strong magnets, have no fear this will stick to your car very well. I tested it on a sedan and an suv and drove about 200 miles on each car, highway and city, over bumps, and in the rain. This thing stuck on tight!The magnetic case is strong quality, but remember it is plastic attached to metal magnets ,so if you place this under a car, AVOID areas that get HOT, like the muffler or exhaust system or the cats. The case will melt and warp, and magnets that get hot lose their ability to stick to metal, and you will either have a damaged case, or the case with your tracker in it, will fall off at any random time. I tested my case out after having it for a few hours and i placed it too close to the muffler and it was damaged, very easily. I emailed seller and the customer service is excellent, there is a phone number and they answer emails very quickly. They sent me a new case a day later, no charge. Yes the case is water proof and i tested it by driving through a full day of rain.

The product was boxed nicely. For a used product, when you looked at and opened the box, you would think it’s new. Great price for strong magnets. The magnets and boxes were in good condition. The box does tell you it is a used product. The levers open and close nicely without issues. I saw a few reviews where the magnets rusted over time. I won’t know until then. I purchased this to place trackers on my e-scooters. It made sense to attach and hide the tracker to the e-scooter frame verse zip tie the tracker under the seat. So far looks promising and I don’t have complaints about the product. The only issue I had was the product didn’t arrive on time but I think that may have been an Amazon issue. Other than that, I would recommend.UPDATE: returning product for something smaller

The magnetic tracker box for the Spytec GL300 was crafted perfectly. The case held the tracker cushioned and water proof container. I attached the tracker to he frame of the vehicle I wanted to keep track of. While this area is not suggested, I never had an issue with the tracker maintaining signal, not any issues with weather. It rained for over 2 weeks and this case kept the tracker secured and protected while the tracker operated flawlessly. I have now have gotten 3 of these trackers and I will continue to use their service. Add the tech support which I even got immediate responses at 2 am. These guys are on top of it.

I've been using this box for almost 3 years now. The magnets are super strong and have always stayed put under my SUV, no problem. It has been waterproof for the most part until recently. I had accumulated a snow and ice build up underneath my vehicle and I believe the box had been practically encased in that mess for several days before I removed it to recharge my GPS. I had noticed a lot of muddy slush on the outside and a little moisture inside, though my tracker was fine/unharmed. The latch has stayed secured all this time and the magnets--though starting to weather a bit--are still holding strong. I feel I got my money out of it. I do live/drive in harsh weather conditions throughout the year so I'd expect some deterioration at this point. I plan to repurchase a replacement today.
