Firstly, these are great. I originally bought one pack from a local smoke shop but they were selling them $30 a pack, and $24 for a less potent version. At the time I bought these on Amazon, they were $120 for a carton, so these saved me over $200.As for the health benefits, I couldn't be more satisfied. They've helped immensely with my depression. It's almost a weirder feeling NOT being depressed. They've eased my mild anxiety issues and whenever I'm a little stressed or angry, I smoke one and I just forget about anything that was bothering me. They've even taken away my mild craving for tobacco. I've only smoked cigarellos and cigars lightly, however, but I believe for a full-time smoker, it could ease the craving immensely.Now for the flavor and smell, it's practically the same as weed execept you only get a very light buzz from these. Some people probably won't like the flavor as much as it is pretty strong, but nothing compared to Newports. These are a little harsh, however, but only when you really get down to the butt. If you take light puffs, you should be fine.Bought these about three months ago and they're still lasting me even now.

I bought a pack at my local vape shop. JMHO amazing the troubles I have with my anxiety, depression, a.d.h.d, and lower back pain are all negligible after I smoke one. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to quit smoking but also look for some that actually works and helps. Again this was just my honest opinion. I will be buying more ad well my shop has this for 16.00 a pack 160.00 a carton best price I've found is Amazon.
