Love this product!
Great product. Easy to set up! I get so frustrated with reviews regarding the directions, shipping, etc. Reviews should be about the product! Found the directions online and preferred to use them on my phone instead of a printed copy. Initial setup was a little scary, due to drilling and screwing into the side of our brand new trailer. Step by step directions were clear and easy to follow. You will need a ladder and it’s much easier with two people to prevent dragging, blowing around of panels, etc.

Terrible instructions
Instructions that came with it are hard to see, not in color, hard to see how to install. Went to site and downloaded the instructions, which were in color, but my printer will not print them. There are supposedly 8 pages. I set it up to print and it only prints page 8. When I tried to print page by page it printed page one and two, but will not print pages 3 through 7. My brother and I worked one full day trying to figure this thing out. Nothing seemed to match up, leaving large areas for insects to get into. Velcro seemed to be in the wrong places. Couldn't leave the front piece attached when I retracted the awning, too much fabric so awning arms didn't seat against trailer. As far as I am concerned a total waste of money. Sure doesn't go together like the photo shows. Totally useless for keeping out mosquitos and other insects. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Great addition to our trailer experience
Our trailer has a Solera awning so it made sense to get this screen room. The brackets were easy to attach to the trailer as were the snaps the glue to the bottom side. While the directions say it takes 2 people I found I can put the room up alone. Our Solera awning has a pull down feature allowing the front panel to be slid in place easily with no ladder. I also unzipped the front panel from the header which gave less material to move along the track. I had no problem printing out the instructions from the web site and they were easy to follow once I got things laid out. I can set up and tear down in 15 minutes or so. We just returned from a week stay at Point of Rocks in Prescott Az. The room worked really well. Great investment for us!!

Nice Addition to the RV. No instructions for setup.
The material is high quality: thick plastic, sturdy zippers; nice screens with zipper covers; sturdy grommets for stakes. Assembly is a little difficult as there are no instructions and no web support. I found one YouTube video from a consumer, which demonstrated some but not all the steps. In hindsight I think he hung the brackets upside down. Assembly requires screwing two brackets to the RV sidewall--you should use butyl tape or other waterproofing under bracket. I couldn't get the room to be completely enclosed as shown in the product photos; there are gaps near the awning and side wall of RV. You should not expect this enclosure to be "bug-proof." Despite these challenges, I'm glad I purchased the room. We have set it up at a couple of RV Parks, and most often use it with two sides, leaving one open. It adds privacy to our patio area. With the screen covers rolled up, the room is light and has good air circulation. With the covers down, the room is private and adds some warmth in cold weather. When the wind picks up, opening the screen covers helps prevent damage. When winds are strong, you should pull down the room. Disassembly is easy using the zippers. I recommend that the manufacturer provide detailed set-up instructions with accompanying video.

Had high hopes, didnt fit properly, had to return.
Was very excited to add the screen room to our new Rpod. Our Rpod came equipped with a 12 foot Solera power awning already installed, so we purchased this Solera 12 foot Family Room. Never came with instructions, so had to spend a lot of time searching Google and trying to find videos. Setup was actually fairly easy, a little unnerving having to drill into new trailer to install brackets. Once completed, started the install process, pretty straight forward. Discovered the sides were at least 1 foot short on each side. The front panel installed easy and was the correct size. Called customer service at Lippert, essentially they were no help, stating I had to work through Amazon. Amazon had no clue so suggested I simply return it for a refund. Pretty disappointed with both Lippert and Amazon customer service. I still would like to add the room, but will wait until next spring to take another chance.

Minimal help... Updaye 11/7/22
UPDATE... Used the add-a-room for several days while camping back in Sept. Had it up in about 15 minutes, taking my time. Gave us rxtra room outside the RV to sit or to store items. A keeper. 👍 INITIAL...While the instructions suggest 2 people, it can be installed/set up by one person. I was impressed with the quality of the material as well as the workmanship. I had the brackets installed and the room up in less than an hour. I will say though, this is not the first type of add-a-room I have installed and used under an awning. So, I had a pretty good idea of how things went together. We'll see how things go once we actually go camping and set it up for actual use.

Very Poor Fitting Enclosure Room
I have a 2019 Jayco 154BH travel trailer that I bought new, with a 10 foot Solera power awning. So I purchased a corresponding 10 foot Solera Family Room to fit properly. Following the instructions, I mounted the brackets as described. Using existing straps and available loops the fit was horrible, with bunching of fabric and improper seal. When utilizing Lippert Solera customer service, I spent way too much time on hold and being transferred. I was told that they would get back with me in 48 hours. A week later I got a response to go back to instructions. Obviously the fit didn't get better. Wasted a lot of time on an inferior product. Thanks Amazon for taking it back to resolve with Lippert/Solera. Roy C.

We purchased this screen house for our RV and it's been a real game changer for camping. We spend all of our time in there. It's an extra room for parties, cooking or simply relaxing to read a book. I would recommend this product. Just love it.

Positive- light weight, quick delivery from Amazon like 5 days, great price paid $1175. dealership wanted between $1600 & C$2000 plus had to order and wait Negative- no instructions couldn’t find any on web site or a link. Would be nice to include either one. Only found a you tube video that wasn’t really helpful. Owned a different make before so had a idea how they were mounted on trailer We are happy with this product over all and would purchase again

Material fading after only 10 days of use, very poor instructions. 15 foot room is not even 14 feet, so very hard to attach to awning. No way to attach to side of trailer so is not bug proof in any way but did help with rain. High winds mean you have to take down but expected that as we do not leave awning out in high winds
