This is not a big bulky recliner. It's a regular size chair that happens to recline, so it's perfect for a formal room, but relaxing when the guests leave. The top of the back hits around the shoulder level for me (I am 5 feet, 5 inches) but I kind of slouch into it when reclined, so it's comfortable. This is replacing a genuine leather recliner, because we've found that leather doesn't last for more than 2-3 years. This is pretty thick, so we're hoping to get 8-10 years out of it. Very convincing, look like real leather.

I bought two chairs for the small space where my husband and I watch a 32" tv in our master bedroom. (Bought the Winsome wood Zara 25" tv stand.) They have an amazing quality and style for the price.We are not big people. I am 5'4" and my husband is 5'8". We have a tight fit on airplanes but this chair has plenty of room.I am a 60 year old woman and put them together by myself.I have fibromyalgia so I prefer firm support. I find the chair comfortable except that it leans back a couple of inches too far in the upright position for me. I remedied it by a cushion behind my back. My husband loves the angle. Most of the time he doesn't even recline.

Like other reviewers I was skeptical because of the price. It IS leather. It IS well constructed. It IS easy to assemble (screw on the legs and slide on the back). It IS well packaged by the seller. It reclines easliy and the mechanics are smooth and solid. As one rater mentioned the back could be higher. I'm 6' 2" and my head kinda dangles when reclined.Nevertheless, I'm buying another one before they're gone.

I'm 5'7" and a women.weight about 145 and this chair fits great! when i recline my head it will be a little over the end but it still feel's fine to me. The chair is verrrry firm but i like that & it still feels comfortable-easy to put together-2 min. max.looks great in front room and takes up little space.Great price.

I generally don't pay much attention to reviews that begin I recieved this today because I want to see how they feel 2-8 month's from then but...If you like this style of chair you cannot go wrong for the price (I paid about $210). I'm a big guy (6'4", 260 lbs) but needed a small comfortable chair to fit my mini man-cave that was also stylish as you can get on a budget.No, not the best chair you can get but the best you can buy on a budget to fit a small space.Seems it is real leather and thicker than expected. Frame seems adequate but not overly built. Recliner function does not have a handle assist but easy and smooth.Easy to assemble. just screw the legs on and slide in the back.Un-reclined footprint 36"l x 27 1/2"w. Fully reclined 62"l.Seams around one of the chair arms were not perfect but willing to overlook at this price.I ordered through Great Deal Furniture and within 4 days. Got it faster than shoes ordered through Zappos on the same day.

Great chair for the price! If you are looking for a piece that will last 10 years this isn't the chair for you, but if you are lookin for a comfortable apartment chair this one is awesome. It came and was very simple to put together. It's a lovely addition to my living room

Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to assemlbe they look good and are comforable. Warning it is easy to fall asleep in them.

My wife and I love this set! It was very easy to assemble and it has been great sitting, relaxing and watching tv on them. They completed our TV room perfecttly.
