No. It is a normal outlet 110-120V60hz power connection. Same as you would have seen at your local service station, back when America was great. When the Chrome was thick and the women were Straight.. Note that you Don't want to touch the cable connections to Each other. Can you operate this charger using an extension cord

Certainly, I do it all the time with no apparent voltage drop. IMO you shouldn't use anything less than a 14 gauge cord.

Can the charger - 6002B series charges AGM batteries?

I've read where the agm batt can be charged by this charger when connected in parallel with another conventional battery. I also know that there are agm battery chargers available. I suggest that you look up the charging of the agm on youtube. Someone has probably already solved this type of problem. Cheers.
