I believe I have a deficiency in K because I bruise easily unless I take it consistently. Very odd symptom. I decided to try this brand with D3 because my D levels are always low for bloodwork. 5 star because it does what I need it to do with my deficiency and an added plus that it’s combined with D. I can also say most gel supplements I’ve taken do not have a taste- this one, has a slight citrus taste and it makes taking them even more enjoyable swallowing. I think that slight detail elevates the brands experience. I don’t have any residual after tastes or anything like that either. Glass bottle , it’s just well made product!

This is an excellent vitamin D3 supplement. It contains K2 in the form of MK-7, which helps direct calcium to the right places.It also contains highly beneficial olive oil. Metagenics is a very high-quality brand.

I’ve tried several vit d +k supplements and this one exceeds all of them. You can always tell of a supplement is working or not by how you feel and this one makes me feel great!

Honestly… I’ve tried three different vitamin D supplements and none of them have been able to get my vitamin D up. After taking these for five months, I had my vitamin D checked and it went from 22 to 57…. It hasn’t been over 35 in four years. I usually don’t write reviews about vitamins…. But this one I can definitely say works for me. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin don’t forget to take the switch something that has fat in it! It smells like nothing. I’ve been happy to catch it at a discount during Amazon days.
